We are also offering a special 10% discount off Tuition & Reg. (Cash or Zelle only ) if you make a one-time payment. If you are not ready for the full amount, your total tuition is $705.00 . The minimum payment for registration is $350.00.
After completing your payment, come back to this page and go down to 'Step 8' and print out the application. Once, you have completed the application, you may either email it, fax it or bring it in to our Arlington campus. You can pay with our paypal or call the school at (817)460-2000 to make a Credit/Debit card payment of $705 or part payment of $350 to start the class.
*If you do not have access to a computer, you can go to the 'Home' page, scroll down to appointments, and make an appointment to come in and register and receive the online documents in person!
For those who still would like to come to in-person lectures and receive in-person tutoring; you can come to the Arlington campus the first 3 days of Week One (Mon, Tues, Wed). The class instructor will be giving lectures on the textbook models and is always available for one-on-one tutoring upon request!
Once you are ready, you will need to provide us, via email, fax or in-person, with a valid form of ID, Social Security and at least a high school diploma or GED, alongside other registration form. If you do not have at least a high school diploma, ask us about our math and reading entrance test that has a high success rate! Remember, becoming a CNA needs no previous experience. Tuition & Registration for our program is $705.00. For our in-person & online classes, you must first make a minimum payment of $350.00 to register. You will be left with a balance of $355.00, which is due the 2nd week of the program OR before the date of graduation. If you decide to pay in full (in cash), you get a 10% discount, making your tuition $635! If you need to work out a payment plan, contact us and we will work with you! You are responsible for buying your own maroon scrubs. CPR is not included but recommended. The state exam fee is paid to the state upon completion of our program. Our online program is self-paced but we ask our students to stay on track by following our 2-week schedule. This will tell you what chapters to read daily, when to watch skills videos, when to contact us to schedule clinical days and when to submit exams. This will also outline the days allotted for clinical. The school will work with you to find local clinical placements and adjust to your schedule!

Congratulations, you are half way to graduation! Take some time to review everything you have learned and prepare for the week ahead! You can do this!

you have not already done so.

*Remember you are following the two-week schedule posted, so you should be completing and logging in the required amount of hours listed on the schedule every day. Failure to log-in a sufficient amount of hours will hinder us from graduating you from the course.

Please note: For some online students, this might also be their school skills lab day 1 and is held at the Arlington location, depending on the student's start date. The school will always notify students on the 1st day of the online class through email, of lab skills dates. Our School is flexible enough to allow online students pick other available clinical lab skills dates that may suit their busy schedule.

You can choose to attend a graduation in person at the school graduation location for that week from 10am - 12pm.
Please note again that this might be the skills lab day 2 for some students depending on their start date.
Due to COVID-19
Clinicals are held at the school while adhering to CDC guidelines and as approved for the school by TWC.
When the school has verified that you have completed all assignments, sent in all documents (including completed daily log-in sheet), completed skills and clinical hours as well completed payment,
you may obtain your certificate by 1 of 3 ways listed below:
1. Picking it up from the Arlington office during business hours.
2. Request it be emailed to you.
3, Request it be mailed to you.
Now that you have completed the program, it is time to schedule your test and become Certified!
Follow the instructions provided by Prometric to register for the State test.

*state exam fees do not come to the school, instead it goes straight to the state.
Remember to register for both a written and skills exam.
