- High School Diploma/GED/Transcript Required
- Ability to Benefit Test required, (if unable to provide proof of High School Diploma/GED)
- Student must be at least 18 years of age (16 with parental consent)
- Valid Photo ID (Texas DL or ID, Green Card or Passport or School ID)
- Social Security Card
- Background Check
- Registration fee ($350 minimum)
- Nurse Aide training requires no previous experience!
